Payment Terms:

All costs are not inclusive of the purchase of Eru Iyawo or Return Gift items.

We can facilitate the purchase of eru iyawo items at a 25% commission of the total cost of items.

80% payment upfront confirms bookings. 20% balance is to be received before items are dropped off for wrapping at our office.

Events outside of Lagos will attract an additional charge depending on Geopolitical zones or travel distance. The client will provide accommodation if need be.

A 50% non-refundable deposit charge applies if the client defaults within a month of the event.

Estimations, discussions and purchase of Eru Iyawo & Return gift items are only valid after wrapping services have been booked and confirmed with payment.

Wrapping Terms:

The client is responsible for providing a space to display & a sturdy table to set up.

Gift items are to be dropped at our office within 5 working days before the event for wrapping and picked up a day before the event.

Once wrapped items are picked up, the client is solely responsible for transport, offloading and care before the setup and event.

We can handle delivery logistics at an additional charge.

Last-minute wrapping 8-24 hours before the event is strongly discouraged and can attract additional costs.

The client is responsible for transporting items to the venue and providing electricity(whether wrapping at the client’s home or venue).

A different choice of any engagement letter, except the one attached to the plan, will incur additional charges.
